This Year I am spending Christmas in Heaven
I see the countless christmas trees,
Around the world below
With tiny lights like heaven's stars
Reflected in the snow.
The sight is so spectacular,
Please wipe away that tear.
For I am spending Christmas,
with Jesus Christ this year.
I hear the many Christmas songs,
that people hold so dear.
But the sound of music can't compare
with the Christmas chior up here.
For I've no words to tell you,
The joy their voices bring.
For it's beyond description,
to hear an angel sing.
I can't tell you of the splendor,
or the peace here in this place.
Can you just imagine Christmas
With our Savior face to face?
I'll ask him to light your spirit,
As I tell him of your love,
So then pray for one another
As you lift your eyes above.
Please let your hearts be joyful
And let your spirit sing
For I spending Christmas in Heaven
And I'm walking with the King.

In Loving Memory
Joseph
1st Christmas in Heaven

Ask My Mom How She Is

My mom, she tells a lot of lies,
She never did before.
But from now until she dies,
She'll tell a whole lot more.

Ask my mom how she is
And because she can't explain,
She will tell a little lie
Because she can't describe the pain.

Ask my mom how she is,
She'll say "I'm Alright."
If that's the truth, then tell me,
Why does she cry each night?

Ask my mom how she is,
She seems to cope so well.
She didn't have a choice you see,
Nor the strength to yell.

Ask my mom how she is,
"I'm fine, I'm okay, I'm coping,"
For God's sake mom, just tell the truth,
Just say your heart is broken.

She'll love me all her life,
I loved her all mine.
But if you ask her how she is,
She'll lie and say she's fine.

I am here in Heaven.
I cannot hug from here,
If she lies to you don't listen,
Hug her and hold her near.

On the day we meet again,
We'll smile and I'll be bold.
I'll say, "You're lucky to get here, Mom,
With all the lies you told!"

In loving Memory of our cousin Joe C.

To our dear cousin Joe C.
There are so many things we'd like to tell you.
We never got to say goodbye,
and Lord knows we didn't want to.
How we wish we could see your
smile just once more..
.Hear your laugh,see your face
or just see you walk in the door.
We have lost a good friend
and our hearts drown in sorrow.
We miss you everyday,
and we'll miss you more tomorrow.
We'll try to stay strong
But we can't hold back the tears,
we will go on missing you
all these coming years.
One day we'll meet again in heaven
and we'll all rejoice together
Untill then we'll remember our cousin...
our friend...Joe C., always and forever.

From Leah Nadeau

I'll lend you for a little while,
a child of mine. " He said.
"For you to love the while he lives-
and mourn for when he's dead.
It may be two or three years-
or twenty-two or three,
But, will you, till I call him back,
Take care of him for me.
He’ll bring his charm to gladden you,
And should his stay be brief,
You’ll have his lovely memories
As solace for your grief.
I cannot promise he will stay,
Since all from life return,
But there are lessons taught down there
I want this child to learn.
I’ve looked the wide world over
In my search fro teachers true,
And, from the throngs that crowd life’s lanes,
I have selected you.
Now will you give him all your love,
Nor think the labor vain,
Nor hate me when I come to call
To take him back again?”
I fancied that I heard them say,
“Dear Lord Thy Will be Done,
For all the joy the child shall bring,
The risk of grief we’ll run.
We’ll shelter him with tenderness,
We’ll love him while we may,
And for the happiness we’ve known,
Forever grateful stay.
But should the angels call him.
Much sooner than we’ve planned,
We’ll brave the bitter grief that comes
And try to understand.”

From The Henderson's

On the day God took you
I thought that I would die
I wondered where the time went?
I asked alot of whys??
With people all around me
I felt alone inside
From all their words of comfort,
I couldn't seem to hide,
I thought I might be dreaming
That I'd wake and find you here,
I thought "This can't be happening."
As I wiped another tear.
On the day that you were laid to rest
My heart broke yet again,
I wondered if the pain would end,
But mostly, I wondered when??
It's hard to be without you,
At times the days seem long,
Sometimes I just sit crying,
When there's really nothing wrong.
I wish we'd had more time,
Before your life was done.
I hope your resting peacefully,
My precious one

There’s a special angel in heaven
That is a part of me.
It is not where we wanted him right now,
But where God wanted him to be.
He was here just a moment,
Like a night-time shooting star.
And though he is in heaven,
He isn’t very far.
He touched the hearts of many,
Like only an angel can do.
We would have held him every minute,
If the end we only knew.
So we send this special message,
To heaven up above.
Please take care of our angel,
And send him all our love.

My Brother Joseph

As kids, we lived together, We fought, we laughed, we cried.
We did not always show the love, that we both had inside.

We shared our dreams and plans, and some secrets too.
All the memories we share, Is what bonds me now to you.

We grew to find we have a love, that is very strong today.
It’s a love shared by our family, that will never fade away.

You are my brother not by choice, but by the nature of our birth.
I could not have chosen a better one, you are the best brother one can have.

Joseph, Thanks for being my little Brother!

Loving and missing you, you will always be in our hearts and memories….
Georgia, Jackie, and John

I Wanted you to know….

I was sitting here in heaven
And having a wonderful day.
I started thinking about you
And all the things I didn’t get a chance to Say.
I don’t want you to worry about me
And please don’t shed any tears,
Because I will wait for you in Heaven,
If it takes a hundred years.
Everything I had on Earth
I have in heaven too!
My first day here
My body became Brand New.
It is really pretty here
And I love my new home,
Although your heart is broken
Because my body is Gone.
My love will always be there
As you go along the way,
Just take a peek inside your heart
There is where I’ll stay.
Know that I loved my Family
And ll my friends too,
My thoughts will be with each of You
Your whole life through

Joseph Your Missed

It's surprising how often I think of you
turn to speak to you
and realize you're not right there
as I expect you to be

I guess I hold you so close in thought
that it's hard to understand sometimes
that you aren't close in person
but I wanted to let you know
I'm thinking of you
and wishing we could talk
and just be together awhile
you're really missed!

We Love you and Miss You,
You are in Our Prayers.
